Part Counter Associate

If you have mechanic, automotive and or power equipment experience this position is for you! We currently have a Parts Counter position open. This position provides support to our shop technicians and works with residential and commercial customers via phone or walk in.

We are a family owned business and looking for an individual who will provide excellent customer service, attention to detail, computer software knowledge and can multi task in a fast pace environment.

This is a full time position, M-F 8 am – 5:30 pm and alternating Saturdays. Pay range $22.00 - $25.00 per hour based on previous experience and knowledge, plus benefits.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with parts, price quotes and help with technical information in a friendly manner.
• Work daily with parts receiving and allocating quantities to customer’s orders and stocking bins.
• Able to work efficiently with multi line look up of equipment.
• Write up purchase orders and service orders in a detail.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter, parts bins and showroom display.

Position Requirements:

• Previous parts counter experience
• Strong computer skills to navigate between different equipment lines
• Excellent verbal and organization skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Mechanical knowledge helpful
• Strong customer service
