Return Policy

Our return policy is as follows:  No returns on Special Orders.  No returns on electrical parts or sales over 30 days.  There will be no cash refunds on sales without a receipt.  In store credit may apply in some circumstances.  Parts prices on orders are subject to change without notice.

Service repair work is warranted for 30 days from finished date.  It is the responsibility of the owner/operator of the equipment to maintain equipment with periodic running and fresh fuel if needed.  Most common issues with runnability on small engines is poor fuel quality (mostly due to ethanol issues), any of these issues will not be covered under any service warranty.  We recommend any gas power equipment be started and ran at least bi-weekly and at a minimum once a month, and if at all feasible use a good no ethanol or non-oxygenated fuel with a good fuel preserver.  Please feel free to ask us with any questions concerning this

All returns that can be returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee . Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must have the sales receipt accompanying the return.

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

• Opened or used
• Missing their serial number or UPC
• Special orders (returned at our discretion)
• Returned more then 30 days after delivery
• Returned without notification
